If you are a creator and prefer that your public looks not be indexed or featured on Penche, enter your handle below. Content will be immediately removed from our discovery loop with zero questions asked.

1. Creator Attribution & Direct Traffic

Every outfit featured on Penche links directly back to the creator’s original post on Instagram or TikTok. We do not sell creator media, run programmatic banner ads on top of outfits, or claim rights over submitted or indexed styling. Our primary goal is to surface exceptional fashion voices from Tokyo, Paris, London, Copenhagen, and beyond to users who genuinely admire their aesthetic point of view.

2. Data We Collect & Data We Never Collect

We believe most tracking on the modern web is unnecessary and hostile to users. Here is what we collect, and what we strictly never touch:

  • No Third-Party Ad Trackers: We do not include Facebook Pixels, Google DoubleClick, TikTok Pixel, or any tracking SDKs that follow you across the internet.
  • No Identity Brokering: We never sell, rent, or trade email addresses, usernames, or style profiles to data brokers, retailers, or market research firms.
  • Anonymous Device Identifiers: To ensure you don’t see the same look twice and to aggregate general aesthetic interest, we use a random, pseudonymous per-device token stored in local device storage.
  • Anonymous Reaction Signals: When you tap Love, Yes, Parts, Meh, or No, the reaction is associated with your anonymous session token to calibrate your 12-look taste archetype.

3. Creator Opt-Out & Rapid Takedowns

Any creator may request exclusion at any moment via the form above or by emailing creators@penche.app. Requests are honored immediately: all indexed cards from that handle are permanently dropped from active serving pools and exploration slots.

4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to access, rectify, or erase any personal data stored with us. Since Penche can be used entirely without an account, you can clear all local reaction history at any moment simply by resetting your session or clearing your browser storage.
